I’m Ndanatswa, a Senior Business Process Analyst based in West Sussex (England). With over six years’ experience in business analysis and a strong academic background (BSc, MSc, and an MBA in progress with a focus on Project Management), I help IT and tech businesses work more efficiently. I’m APM-qualified and have completed professional training in Data Analysis and Service Design and Management with ServiceNow, enabling me to deliver smart, AI-supported solutions with real operational value.

My sister, Cynthia, is the Director of Smarct and lives in Ireland, regularly travels to the UK to work closely on business development and internal initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Payroll Services, she ensures our operations align with our commitment to efficiency, integrity, and thoughtful delivery.
