Welcome to Smarct

I’m Ndanatswa, founder, Business Analyst and Business Process Consultant at Smarct, based in West Sussex, England.

With over seven years of experience in business analysis, alongside a background in project management and process improvement, I help growing organisations understand how work is carried out and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

I am qualified through the Association for Project Management (APM) and have completed professional training in Data Analysis and Service Design and Management with ServiceNow. These experiences support my structured approach to analysing processes, improving workflows and helping organisations make better informed decisions.

Alongside my consulting work, I volunteer as a Project Evaluation Lead and Project Champion at Barnardo’s, where I support teams through evaluation, reporting and process improvement activities. This experience has strengthened my ability to analyse information, identify opportunities for improvement and communicate findings clearly.

In December 2025, my contribution at Barnardo’s was recognised through the Marsh Charitable Trust Volunteer Awards, where I was named UK winner in the Business Services Volunteer category.

About Our Team:

Smarct is supported by Cynthia, Director of Smarct, who is based in Ireland. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Payroll Services, she brings valuable operational experience that supports our understanding of structure, people and business delivery.

Example of My Work

At Barnardo’s, I supported a survey evaluation project by reviewing survey design, logic and performance measures to improve the quality and usefulness of insights gathered.

I identified gaps in the existing process, recommended improvements and developed a migration approach for moving to a new survey platform. This involved mapping workflows, identifying risks and ensuring important evaluation measures were maintained.

The recommendations supported the adoption of the new platform, creating a clearer approach for ongoing evaluation and improvement.
